Hello,
for some workspaces, the usage reports stopped updating. Probably because the owner of the workspace is not reachable anymore. How can i solve this? Is there a way to move ownership of a workspace without creating a new one (thats not an option, because customers use those reports already).

Yes, your global admin can add you as a owner to the workspace and then you'll be bale to see the usage metrics.

From your screenshot, you are not the global admin, else you would see something like this.

so what can i tell the global admin to fix this issue? does he need to and can he make me owner of a workspace? or something else?
From Power BI service admin portal https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal you can select Workspaces from left then check Access and add yourself to it as Admin

p.s. i am already admin, but the usage metrics dont update in the workspaces i am not the owner of.
where?
do i need to be a capacity admin for that?
