Usage Metrics Not Updating
I am experiencing strange behavior with the usage metrics across our various workspaces. In some, the data is updating regularly. In others, it is now nearly a month stale. PBI service says the scheduled refresh has been disabled and I need to update the credentials. Have done that multiple times, but don't see anywhere where I can re-enable the scheduled refresh as the Usage Metrics dataset doesn't show up in the datasets for a given workspace.
Am I missing something here, or is there an issue with the feature?

I am so annoyed with how many active incidents get marked as with a solution when they are not resolved. Don't ACCEPT SOLUTIONS UNLESS IT'S a actual root cause fix!

Experiencing the same for more than a month now. No usage data. It's not just a 24 hour refresh issue.

This problem is not resolved. It's a big problem for enterprise level distribution.

Thanks, @lamateo . At least I know it's my admin panel and not my browser. It's not a service bulletin on the support page, so i'm not sure how 'big' of an issue it is in Microsoft's eyes.
Not sure if you're aware, but you can run user activity cmdlts in powershell to get total tenant activity, but only enough data for a day, usually...

Never tried this. Can you share to me the steps and the script I should write to run it. Thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,
It can take up to 24 hours for new usage data to be imported after new credentials are updated. You can't trigger a manual refresh by using the Power BI user interface.
Best Regards,
Liang
