Usage Metric Report Pin to Dashboard Problem

I'm using the Usage Metric Report and want to pin the "Report List" page to a dashboard. Before I pinned it, I excluded certain old reports from the Report list tile to not show up. However when I go to pin it to the dashboard, all the reports I excluded still show up in the dashboard tile.

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
