Hi @Microsoft
❗Urgent: The latest release of the Microsoft Capacity Metrics App is not functioning. All visuals are failing to render and require immediate attention.
Thank you!

Hello, @na12063 , @v-menakakota ,
on Friday I did a fresh install of the Capacity Metrics App and it seems it has been working again. Microsoft did some minor updates of required parameters. Let's try the clean install if it will work also in your environment.
Final Update –
Good news! The report has been running smoothly and performing as expected for the past three days. Thank you all for your support and assistance in resolving this issue.
Best regards,
NA
During a call with Microsoft on another ticket, I raised this issue and was advised to remove the workspace and reinstall the app. I followed that recommendation, and it appears to be working as expected so far.
I’ve added the CapacityID value to the parameter as recommended by @GilbertQ after performing a fresh installation.
I’ll monitor the behavior and provide an update in a couple of days to confirm that this resolves the issue.
Thank you all!
Hi @v-menakakota
Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.
Has Microsoft taken any action on this matter, or is there any update from your side?
Please share your comments.
Thank you.

Hi @MorelG
I removed the workspace, installed the latest update, and will monitor over the next few days. Hopefully, this resolves the issue.
Thank you!
Hi @na12063 ,
Thank you for the update, please reply back after few days about the issue .
Thank you
Hello @na12063 ,
is it working properly after the reinstall? I did a reinstall of the app to the new workspace, but the issue persists. The visuals are not working after the scheduled refresh of semantic model. However, when I update the app, then it starts working.
Hi @na12063 I had the same issue. Had a look at the parameters and saw the CapacityID was incorrect. Even tough I did set it up correctly when connecting the data. Updating that parameter solved my issue.
Hello,
in the latest version of Fabric Capacity Metrics is mentioned that parameter CapacityID is no longer used. Instead of this is used CapacitiesList.
However, we tried to update CapacityID parameter. Unfortunately the issue persists. The behaviour of this report is unpredictable in the latest version. Sometimes it works. But after scheduled refresh it is always broken.
Hi @na12063 and @MorelG ,
If the issue still persists, raising a support ticket with Microsoft so they can log this as a service incident and provide an official fix.
Please refer below link on how to raise a contact support or support ticket.

The issue persists even after entering the Capacity ID in the parameter, as recommended.
Hi @na12063 ,
Can you please confirm whether the issue is sorted or not.
Thank you.
We are facing the same issue. After upgrading to the newest version of Microsoft Capacity Metrics App the visuals are not working properly. We tried to reinstall the app but with no success. Update of the parameters mentioned in this topic is not working.
Please, fix ASAP.

Don't forget to also update the app again if you're running into any issues.
Hi @na12063
What you could do is go into the Semantic model settings, expand the Parameters tab and put in your capacity ID in their example as shown below.
