Thank you so much for your kind reply Greg.

 

I posted the query on the issues forum as well. Hopefully someone may be able to assist. I have also signed up for the monthly 10 dollars pro service but every time i try to create the support ticket it says i am not a pro user even though ive signed up for the service twice already so i am not sure why.

    Hi minnah06 ,

     

    Please try the following solution :

     

    1. Clear browser cache

    2 .Reduce file size.  Most of our files are under 40 MB and work fine.
