Hi Community
Uploading a logo does not work for the Power BI app or for a workspace. I can upload the picture (PNG 5 KB), but after updating the app or saving the workspace, the icon is not displayed. Is there a trick here or is it a general problem?
Thanks Thomas
Hi Denis,
thanks for your Feedback. At the moment it seems we could have an problem with the "Privat Link" Option.
As I describe before...it runs in the mobile Client, in the browser of my smartphone and from my privat Network. If I logged in my Firm-network (VPN) it dosen't work after I delete the Browser Cache.
Best regards,
Thomas
Hi @ThomasStiebler,
What is the source of the image?
Sometimes images are corrupted due to security reasons.
The workaround is to download images to local.
You can refer this related post.
Hope it helps.

Hi Denis,
Thanks for your response. My problem is, I got everytime the message …This file does not contain an image. Check the file and try again..
Best regard, Thomas
Short update. In the Mobile Version, Logos, images are displaying. In the Browser no image are displayed. Several Browsers checks, Reboot, cleared the cache.... This is a browser issue or bug....
Thomas
After many other tests second Update: it runs in the mobile Client, in the browser of my smartphone and from my privat Network. If I logged in my Firm-network it dosen't work. So it should by no error or bug in Power Bi.
sorry for the confusion Thomas
Hey @ThomasStiebler ,
usually the upload of a logo for an app or workspace works well.
Sometimes there are caching issues. Maybe clear the cache, close and reopen the browser or try with another browser and see if it worked.
