Upload via Sharepoint doesnt overwrite

Hi Folks,

 

So im finding the the upload times to the powerbi service is taking extorionatly long.. 284 megs on 50meg upload taking about 1 hour minimum.


So I discovered uploading to workspace from Sharepoint which is where I keep the pbix anyway... but the problem with it is is that it does not overwrite ever?!

So if i load it in first time from sharepoint, then do it again it will create multiples, if i load from laptop it overwrites...

Any ideas?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    If the upload is taking so long, there is certainly something on your line which is causing it to take so long to upload I will troubleshoot to see why that is happening.

      Happy to figure it out for sure as its getting out of hand, how can I troubleshoot it?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    I would view your Task Manager when uploading the PBIX to make sure that it is uploading using 50Mb/sec?
