Upload files to sharepoint

Hi ,

Is there a way to upload file to a sharepoint folder from power bi. Will power apps be able to help upload file from desktop to sharepoint from power bi.

    Hi,

    You can export power bi report and save to sharepoint folder using Power Automate. But to do this you shoud have a Power BI premium subscription.

      Hi Dinesh,

      My requirement is user should be able to upload a file basically an excel file from their desktop to sharepoint . The file will have multiple columns with roughly 2k to 3k rows. It will be  used as filter values in the report. since the filter values are more than 50, we cannot provide them with slicer as an option since each user have to select their own set of filter values.

    Hi Anonymous 

    If you want to upload excel files to sharepoint , you can go to SharePoint website then upload your excel files .

    You can use Sharegate or Gs Richcopy 360 to upload your files directly, automatically, fast, and easily from desktop/local/Azure blob / AWS S3 /Onedrive /Googledrive to Sharepoint online.
