Upload PBIX from Sharepoint is not available

I'm trying to upload PBIX files which are stored in SharePoint. When I go through the steps of "Upload", SharePoint" a blank rectangle now appears. This is a function I used to be able to do without issue. My SharePoint access is as an Owner, and I'm an Admin of the workspace I'm trying to add the PBIX to. What changed?

Seems to work in Edge, but there is a bug in Chrome

Since reporting the issue in April, it appeared to be resolved by May. However, I tried to sync another report today, and it appears the issue is back.
