Upgrade to Power BI Pro

Dear Support ,

My user has Microsoft 365 Business Basic License  in which he have the right to view the power bi report as now the an pop  window occurs and show that an error to upragrade into the  power Bi pro license as Till i know in Microsoft 365 Business basic a free power bi License service is come which include htat user has rights to view the report but now he cannot see the power bi report.

Please help  to resolve this problem has i have more than 50 users who have Microsoft 365 business basic licenses
