Solved: Updating xlsx file with SQL query in Power BI serv...

I have multiple xlsx files with sql queries in them. Is it possible to upload these files to the Power BI service, and schedule a refresh which will run the sql query in the files?

Importing the sql query directly in power BI desktop is not an option.

Hi. No you can't refresh an excel from Power Bi Service. You can import it and check it, but no refresh. If you want to refresh something In Power Bi Service it would be a Power Bi Desktop.

Maybe you can try with Sharepoint or a different option.
