Hi , Thiagops 

I tried to query the internal database based on the error details you provided but could not find any relevant information based on your ID, but according to the UI error provided above the error screenshot of your report, the problem seems to be related to "Unable to connect data source undefined". If it is convenient, you can first check whether the data source used by your dataset is supported by Power BI according to this official document, refresh and configure the data source on the service?
