Update error

Hi,

I tried to update my dashboard with Power Bi App Online. 

This is the error. Could someone help me?  Thanks

Hi @report_Fosbe1 ,

Download the driver from below link.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-and-install-microsoft-365-access-runtime-185c5a3...

Install personal mode gateway on your laptop/VDI and connect to your accdb file from power bi report. Next, you can publish your report to service. I'm pretty sure it will work as I have tested it.

Hi @report_Fosbe1  I think Microsoft Access Database Engine (64-bit) isn’t installed on the machine running the gateway or Power BI. You need to download and install it from the provided Microsoft link. Make sure the engine’s bit-version matches your Power BI setup. After installing, refresh your data source and try updating the dashboard again.
