Update Power BI report
Hi EVeryone, I'm very new to PBI and I've been asked to update an existing PBI report that's stored in SharePoint with new data, and then upload the report back into the Sharepoint w/ the new ch...
From what I've researched, I'll need to use SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS)no, that is not a requirement.
As your screenshot says you could elect to change the Live connection to a Direct Query connection. Before you attempt that make sure you have a backup of the original file, as this change is not reversible (as noted in the message).
I don't think it will help you with your issue though. Did you check the filter pane?
