Unshare a dashboard / dataset

Hi all,

We use Power BI Pro in our organisation. I shared a dashboard with a few users who are NOT a member/viewer of the workspace. They can access it. I have now been told I should not have shared it with some users.

I cannot remove them from the workspace (as advised by the internet). They were never in the workspace in the first place.

How do I unshare a dashboard with a user?

Thanks,

Katie

@Katie-Farrand12 Open the report in the Service. Click File | Manage Permissions. Remove the offending sharing link. Reshare to the appropriate people. If you gave them direct access instead of a link. Click the Direct access tab and remove them there instead.
