'Unrecognizable fields in this visual' error

I'm getting reports from different users that they can't see certain data visuals in the Power BI service reports and instead are getting an error message 'Unrecognized fields in this visual'.  However, when I go to the same report, I am not getting that message and am able to see the reprot and its data. 

What's interesting, people are having the same issue on different report tabs, while some are having an issue on tab A other can see the data on tab 'A' but can't see tab 'B' data and are getting the error message.

Does anyone know the solution for this issue?

It's hard to reproduce your error scenario,so can you explain more information about it? Type of data source and connection mode. What type of field appears in visual, and whether there is an error. Did you use date type of field or custom visual? Try to republish the report to the pbi service and re-share it to the user.

Is it intermittent? Are you using DirectQuery or Import Mode?
