Unknow Power BI Pro content
Thanks to you for advices.
I tried to build again the dataset and it works now. I think the problem came from the settings I used on Power BI service for refreshing.
PHDurand without more details about the queries in your dataset it's hard to say what you're using that counts as pro content, other than to refer you to that article. It could be the Sharepoint stuff, depending on where it is and how you're accessing it exactly.
It's an organization sharepoint. Sorry I can't share my query as it includes some confidential information.

PHDurand if it's an on-premise Sharepoint accessed via a data gateway, that is pro content according to that article.

It should not be on-premises. I'm not using any gateway to access it. Moreover, sheduled refresh should not work with on-premises Sharepoint and it's working well with my data (or maybe I'm wrong with this).

The report can be created and refreshed without the license. The license only concerns an individual user's ability to consume the report's contents. The report itself doesn't have or need a license, and can do whatever it is written to do regardless of your personal license. Any user will only be able to view content allowed by their own individual license.
Again, without knowing what types of data sources you are accessing and how they are being accessed, there's little to say except to refer to that article. You don't have to share all the specific query steps but you can give technical data source descriptions without including actual URLs or credentials.
