Unknow Power BI Pro content
Thanks to you for advices.
I tried to build again the dataset and it works now. I think the problem came from the settings I used on Power BI service for refreshing.

Thanks, I already this article of course. But this does not help me. I'm struggling to understand how a dataset/report built with a free licence can only be used with a pro licence. And most important, I would like to identify what exactly in my dataset requires a pro licence so I can remove it and keep on working/improving my reports/dashboards.
PHDurand without more details about the queries in your dataset it's hard to say what you're using that counts as pro content, other than to refer you to that article. It could be the Sharepoint stuff, depending on where it is and how you're accessing it exactly.

It's an organization sharepoint. Sorry I can't share my query as it includes some confidential information.

PHDurand if it's an on-premise Sharepoint accessed via a data gateway, that is pro content according to that article.

It should not be on-premises. I'm not using any gateway to access it. Moreover, sheduled refresh should not work with on-premises Sharepoint and it's working well with my data (or maybe I'm wrong with this).
