Not sure how it could happen, can you try inserting the symbol directly in the formula by pressing Windows Key and the .

 

CustomChangeArrowsDown = IF([CustomPercentageOfChange] > 0, "", 🔻)

Hi Fowmy thank you for your suggestion, but this did not work either. I am beyond baffled as to why I cannot display Unichar Arrows in a Power BI Dashboard. Have you displayed Unichar Arrows in the Dashboard? Thanks!
