Unichar Arrows Not Displaying on Dashboard

Hi, I have created a report that uses a card visual to dsiplay a percentage of cost change between 2 months which are previous and prior month. I have also created 2 card visuals for both an up and down arrow in each card. I am using the following measure for these cards:

CustomChangeArrowsDown = IF([CustomPercentageOfChange] > 0, "", UNICHAR(9660))
CustomChangeArrowsUP = IF([CustomPercentageOfChange] > 0, UNICHAR(9650),"")
When the percentage of cost change between the 2 months the Unichar arrows work perfectly in the Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service and display correctly. When I pin this grouped visualization to a new Power BI Dashboard the Unichar Arrows do not display. I thought maybe formatting the Unichar arrows from black to red for up and green for down using the "Data Label" color formatting may have caused the issue so I tested with only black Unichar arrows and it produced the same result no Unichar arrows. Can someone please explain to me why the Unichar arrows do not display in a Dashboard? Please see picture below with no Unichar arrows

Thank you!

    Not sure how it could happen, can you try inserting the symbol directly in the formula by pressing Windows Key and the .

    CustomChangeArrowsDown = IF([CustomPercentageOfChange] > 0, "", 🔻)

      Hi Fowmy thank you for your suggestion, but this did not work either. I am beyond baffled as to why I cannot display Unichar Arrows in a Power BI Dashboard. Have you displayed Unichar Arrows in the Dashboard? Thanks!
