Unexpected Error when editing Dataflow Entities

The dataflow run without errors. I can even export it as .json and import the model again and it runs perfectly. The problem is when I edit the dataflow and then click edit entities. The unexpected error window appears, and because of this I can't do any changes to the dataflow using the service UI.
