Did you enable VPN on your local machine?
We have seen similar the issue when enabling VPN. This issue has been reported internally, it's still fixing.

Same issue here when using VPN. Currently running 2.51.4885.701 64-bit (October 2017), updated to 2.52.4921.581 64-bit (November 2017) and still having the same issue.
Do we have an ETA when this issue will be resolved?
