Understand Power BI PRO and sharing reports
Hi,
In our org we have few Power BI PRO users create and share reports between the team.
Now, my questions is this license good enough for users to just have PRO license and share and view reports.
when do we need to setup Premium capacity or report server.
How secured will the reports with just PRO users will be, data should not be out of the org
with PRO license, can we have organization gateway, so reports are refreshed not from user machines
any pointer will be of great help

With 10-15 users I'd recommend you get them each a Power BI Pro licence. Any content you share with them (or they share with you or each other) then is secure can can only be seen by those with a Pro licence it was shared with, nobody else. You can create Workspaces and add the users into workspaces if you want, or simply share content with them individually.
With a Pro licence you can download and install an On-Premise Gateway, the minimum and recommended hardware requirements are here: Install an on-premises data gateway | Microsoft Learn

Yes, a Pro licence is fine to create and share Reports between a group of users and viewers.
A Premium Capacity licence gives you larger Datasets, more automated refreshes per day, and other facilities, plus access by Free licence holders to shared reports. A Premium Per User licence gives mots of these Premium facilities, but not Free access.
You may only need to move up to a Premium licence if you have a large number of users (>500) or you want to manipulate large datasets (>1GB of Data) or need any of the other specific features.
All data on PowerBI Server is secure and cannot be moved outside of your organisation unless enabled to be the local Power BI Administrator. If security is an issue your local Power BI administrator can lock down your instance of Power BI to be highly secure.

thank you for your time.
Sorry, if I am asking same question again. Since there are only 10 -15 Users how we can secure the reports data not shared outside our organization. I don't want the reports be viewed or searched by any one in the internet.
In that case can we create a group and add users to the group. the users in the group only can have access to the reports.
Second, I would like to know if we can setup On-premises data gateway, so all the users can schedule the reports and it can refreshed in different time. For setting up On-premises data gateway what is license and machine requirement
