I want to better understand Incremental refresh made recently available as preview feature in May 2018 release for Power BI Premium though.
I have few questions before I start applying incremental refresh on existing datasets -

I tried with sample report for #1 and #2 , We can have refresh policy on multiple tables by using same Range parameters.
For #3 , there no option available in Power BI service except to re-publish model itself.
For #3, forcing a "full refresh" on a dataset that has one or more incremental refresh policies...
I posted this as an idea, here. Please vote it up.

I was also wondering about #3.
@GilbertQ, how do you know they are working on this? Anyone heard any ETA?
