Underlying data

Hello Fellow PowerBi users, 

Is there anyone else who is unable to download underlying data from the tool?

Summarized data downloads without issues, but the underlying data is an issue.

Please advise.

How did you download data? Did you mean the underlying data (data records in source table) was missing after download .pbix file from service? In my test, I didn't encounter this problem however.

Could you please provide more information about your scenario? What is the data source type in pbix file? Did you connect to data source with import mode or direct query mode? You said it failed to download underlying data, how did the report show? Blank or error? Besides, does this problem occur to other reports?
