Underlying data option disabled
I don't use Power BI much so forgive me if there's an obvious reason!
User is reporting underlying data option disabled.
source is confirming option "allow end users to export data with current layout, summarized data and underlying data from the service or report server" is checked.
I've looked for an answer to why the user is having trouble with this but cannot find anything. Another user is able to select this option from the same report.
help appreciated!
No, it should be set for security groups. Create AD Groups

This is a permission that needs to be allowed at the Admin Portal level for security reasons
I've advised the user of this but the issue is that their colleague CAN select underlying data? any idea?
