Underlying Data Not Showing After Enabling the Option

Hi Team,

 

I have enable the underlying option in power bi desktop and published to service. I have shared the report with user and still underlying option not enabled.  I have Implemented RLS for my dashboard. Is it causing an issue?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    1.Make sure you are the owner of this report, only owner enable undelying option can be useful. 

    2.Try to republish your report to service after enabling the option:

    3.If this option still disabled, there also exists another reason, power bi admin disable it.

      Hi,

       

      I am the owner of the report.  i have enabled the underlying option and i have shared with multiple users. But still not enabling.

        Hi Anonymous ,

         

        This is strange, because your images tell me that report author turned off it.

        Are you unable to export it as base data yourself or are the users you are sharing with having this problem?
        If it is a user, have you granted them access to the dataset?
