Hi henriquesilveir,

The incremental refresh is a premium feature for now. Please refer to service-premium-incremental-refresh. I would suggest you try premium capacity. Please refer to service-gateway-onprem-tshoot#error-the-received-uncompressed-data-on-the-gateway-client-has-exceeded-the-limit and refresh-troubleshooting-refresh-scenarios#uncompressed-data-limits-for-refresh.
