Unable to visualize postal codes with 2 countries - ArcGIS

Dear community members,

I am writing in regards to a technical issue I am having with ArcGIS map visualisation on PowerBI. I am not sure if I am posting in the right section, if not please let me know where this questions belongs.

I am trying to visualise Boundaries for districts by using Postal Codes for two countries: Spain and Portugal using ArcGIS.

When selecting Many Countries the Map is not detecting any of the two countries entry/postal code.
When selecting Spain alone (one country), it detects the Spanish ones perfectly as seen below (using Location 'ONE COUNTRY' with 'Type' set to 'PostCode5 - ESP_MBR_2019' with  'Exact Match'):

The Postal Code column is set as Text and Postal Code Category. Below are the postal codes formats I am using:
For Spain: "00000"   -   example: "28223"
For Portugal: "0000-000" - example "4250-141"
When looking samples of those postal codes in google, it returns the resulting district correctly.

If we select Portugal as country, the only way it would display (semi correct) boundaries is if Closest Match is selected.

I even tried appending "country, " and "city,  " to the Postal Code as advised, but it kept behaving similarly.
I read in an article that there possible is some ShapeFile that could be importe; not sure if I got this right?

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi akhoury

Sorry,I couldn't understand the problem through the test.

ArcGIS Maps for Power BI automatically detects standard boundaries like countries/regions, states/provinces, and zip/postal codes. If you need to provide your own shapes, you can do so using the Shape Maps for Power BI Desktop.

    Best Regards,

      Hi V-lianl-msft ,

Thanks for your reply and apologies for the delay.

Exactly - it is recognising one country but not the other when selecting 1 country and chosing the country in question; boundaries of the postalcode was recognished and painted it successfully as seen in the screenshot.

In a different test I've done in which I chose Many countries, it isint recognising neither of the two.

      I hope this helps clarifying.

      Looking forward to your answer,
