Unable to view the report on Power BI service

Hi All,

We have been developed the Power BI report with Oracle (Direct Query mode) as a data source in Power bI desktop and published the report into Power BI service. After published the report we have created gateway connection and refreshing the data set as we scheduled. But while open the report in Power BI service we are receiving the below error. Can any help me on this how to slove the issue.
