Unable to view custom visuals

Hi team, I have two clinet one client can view Custom visual another client can't view custom visual(its showing black)   where i need give permission to view the Custom visual   please help on ...

Hi Shanvitha - Are custom visuals enabled in the tenant for both clients?  If so, then I would take a look at the data, make sure it's working in desktop and with standard visuals.  You may also need to contact the visual developer.

    Hi Chandrenstrom,

     

    I  didnt see any Custom visual setting in Tenant setting in Power BI Service.

     

    please anybody help.
