Unable to view custom visuals

Hi team,

I have two clinet one client can view Custom visual another client can't view custom visual(its showing black)

where i need give permission to view the Custom visual

please help on this

Sorry to misunderstandd your question yesterday.

If there is no special setting of your report, please try to check if it is caused by browsers. Try to clear browser cache and use supported browsers for Power BI.

Hi Shanvitha - Are custom visuals enabled in the tenant for both clients?  If so, then I would take a look at the data, make sure it's working in desktop and with standard visuals.  You may also need to contact the visual developer.

Hi Chandrenstrom,

I  didnt see any Custom visual setting in Tenant setting in Power BI Service.
