Unable to update connection credentials OAuth login through the data gateway was unsuccessful

Hello All,

We have configured Virtual Network data gateway to secure the connection privately using Virtual network in Azure. Data source is Azure SQL database. we have created the gateway connection using oAuth2.0 and refreshing fine till yesterday but suddenly today onwards it started to fail the refresh and i tried to update the credentials using OAuth2.0 and getting the below error. However i am able to connect Azure SQL in Power BI desktop using Microsoft account. Can anybody please help me what will be the issue.

What do the gateway logs say?

We have created gateway coonnection through virtual network not a On-premises data gateway. So i cannot collect gateway logs.
