Unable to update app see error message

This is a corporate dashboard. Unable to update after ugrade to the new interface. Request urgent help.

We have reported your issue and have submitted to internal icm 330276222 , engineers are doing their best to fix this issue . please be patient and I will give you feedback here once there is any progress.

This still not solved not sure how its maked as solved. This error happened post upgrading to the newer view. Kindly share the process to backtrack this change.

 

Please note.. confidential data is being shared as I am not ablr to hide certain dashbaords.

I am seeing the same error message as well.. unable to hide a report and then update app

Error still no resolved. I am unabel to provide new acesses because of this. This is urgent.

Dear team.. Its been more than a month now and the issue is still un resolved. This is a high level corporate dashboard for Genpact. Users are facing issues with the reports now as I am unable to update app since a long while now. Kindly share the escalation matrix.
