Unable to update Already listed Template app on Appsource

Hi Community members, 

I am trying to update my listed template App, which obviously has been created & published by the same account from which i am now trying to update.

The current problem is that i am not able to click on the promote App button because this button has been greyed out. 

Has anyone faced similar problem. I am in constant touch with Microsoft team, which after sharing screen sessions, traces etc, unable to help me.  You cna also see the same in below screenshot. 

Now, i have been advised to try updating the same template app from another account, which i believe is not possible, 

Please help, as i need to update couple of bugs from my existing app & add more dashboards.
