Unable to stop scheduled refresh
Issue: I am unable to stop the scheduled refresh of the Power BI dataset in a Premium Workspace. Whenever I switch it off, it turns back on again. I think there is a bug in Power BI Service. It started happening after we deprecated the underlying SQL server it was connected to.

The above blog post will also show you how to cancel it manually if required.
