Helper IUnable to set alerts in reports

I don't think this feature works with PPU it seems.
Set Alerts on Power BI Reports (Public Preview) - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Prerequisites
To set Activator alerts on reports, you need:
- Write permission for a workspace with a Fabric capacity license (F64 or higher) or Premium capacity
- Access to a Power BI report in that workspace
It seems you need an F64 or higher capacity for this to work.
With the trial capacities, sometimes they are F64 and sometimes they are F4, it is possible that your co worker got an F64 trail while you got an F4 one so they can do it but you can't.
THat's the only thing I can think of.
