Unable to send single report page in subscription

Several months ago, I posted, and received a solution, on how to send a specific report page in a subscription

As of this morning, this no longer works.  When I use the settings described, nothing is attached to the email.  The only way I can get the attachment is by including a preview, which I don't want to include.

Has anything changed in this functionality that limits the flexibility?  If it matters, the report is hosted in a PPU workspace.

2. Power BI's subscription feature may have limitations regarding sending specific report pages as attachments without previews.

 Attachment Availability: Ensure that the report meets the necessary conditions for attachments in        subscriptions. The full report attachment feature is available for reports that meet the following conditions:

• The report is in an upgraded workspace with Power BI Premium or Premium Per User.
• The report has fewer than 20 pages.
• The attachment file size is under 25 MB.
• You are not the owner of the report.
  3.Review the official Microsoft documentation on email subscriptions for reports and dashboards to understand current capabilities and limitations.

By following these steps, should be able to send single report page in subscription.

I have not been able to resolve this issue.  The closest to a solution that I have identified is to create multiple reports from the same semantic model and maintain only the page I want in each report with separate subscription settings.
