Unable to see updates after publishing successfully from Power BI Desktop

I have edited in Power BI Desktop using the pbix file downloaded from the online report.

However, doing a simple title update in Power BI Desktop and publishing it successfully was not showing the updates in the online report, even after refreshing the browser.

Am I missing any step?

I am using Power BI Desktop Version: 2.108.603.0 64-bit (August 2022).

Are you viewing the reports directly in an App Workspace or in an App?

From the website:

I had downloaded the pbix file from the report I saw online, did a test edit on the title and publish it from Power BI Desktop. There was no error so I expected to see my edits appearing at the online report after refreshing my browser. But the report did not update and was still the same after successful publish with no error.

Was I missing any step?
