Unable to see Gateways under Gateway Connection

The dashboard refreshes without issues everyday. But, when I went into the data settings, I recieved an error stating failed to load data sources.

I closed the dialog box and went ahead to the gateway connection drop down. All I see is it circling for ever, Any idea what is causing this?

Thank you,

    Hi Anonymous, that's rather strange.

If you tried closing all browser windows, login again and the issue still persists I would suggest you file a support ticket.

    Hi Anonymous ,

For this problem, it may be caused by network delay, etc. I cannot reproduce your problem here. You can try restarting the Power BI Service several times. If you continue to encounter this problem, please create support ticket .

For this problem, this is normal. For the data source, the local data source must require a gateway, and the cloud data source does not need a gateway.

    Best regards,

I have already put in a ticket for the first problem.

And for the second problem, we are using data from the Snowflake using the Snowflake connecter. It required a gateway to refresh the dashboards.
