Unable to reschedule refresh

I have an on-premise gateway setup and working. I have several reports published that share some of the same data sources. One particular report isnt' allowing me to save the data source selections and turn on the refresh.  I am getting the following error:

Client version: 2212.1.11454-train
Cluster URI: https://wabi-us-east2-c-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net/

I have tried deleting the dataset, republishing to a new workspace to no avail. I also have updated the Gateway to the latest version. Any other suggestions?

Hi @vwiles84 ,

It sounds like you are experiencing an error when attempting to save the data source selections and turn on the refresh for a specific report in Power BI.

There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

  • Check if the dataset that the report is based on has any errors or issues. You can do this by going to the dataset's properties in the Power BI service and looking for any errors or issues in the "Status" section.
  • Check if the gateway you are using is configured correctly and is able to connect to the data source. You can do this by going to the gateway's settings and checking the "Data source credentials" and "Connectivity" sections.
  • Check if there are any issues with the permissions for the dataset or the report. Make sure that you have sufficient permissions to access and refresh the dataset and report.
  • Try deleting the report and re-creating it from scratch. This will allow you to start with a clean slate and may help resolve any issues that may have occurred during the original creation of the report.

Thanks for the reply. I did try the troubleshooting steps you provided. Same results.  When I go to apply the gateway connection selections, I get this error
