Unable to remove broken Dashboard tile

Hello Community,

I have a broken dashboard tile that I am unable to edit or remove.  Where the ellipses should be to access the menu on hover, there is nothing. I can only resize and/or move the tile.  I have re-pinned the report to the dashboard and the new tile is working as expected. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi @GilbertQ,

Unfortunately logging out/in doesn't resolve the error. Nor does logging in through an Incognito window.

This issue is present on two different dashboards (same report tile).

That is really unusual I would say if you cannot get it resovled to then log a support ticket!

I logged a ticket as suggested. Then I checked the dashboard and the tile was gone. I'll take it 🙂

What happens if you log out and log back in and see if that resolves the error?

Or if you try incognito window does that also help?
