Unable to refresh in the Service, unable to access Data Connections

    Thanks for the reply from collinq, please allow me to add some more information.
    Hi durha_ ,

    As collinq said, you need to set up a gateway for the Excel data source to refresh.
    You need to be careful when configuring the gateway that the gateway should ideally be on the same computer as the Excel data source, or that the gateway has access to the remote Excel data.

Thank you. We got the gateway set up on my computer and the reports are refreshing with new data.
