Unable to refresh dataset

Hello,

I am getting an error when refreshing one of my datasets in Power BI even though I have downloaded the latest version of the onPrem data gateway and it is properly connected to it since the other datasets are refreshed normally.

Also, I notice that the time in the error message below is not the same as the server time.

Any help please. 

I'm getting this message error :

Unable to connect to the data source undefined.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Hi, the error is saying there is an "undefined source". Please be sure to check if you have added all the sources correctly. You can read more about adding sources to gateway here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-data-sources

Thank you for the response, actually I had to re-add the source another time even though the previous one was correctly created. 

Problem is resolved.
