You are experiencing an error when trying to refresh your Power BI dashboard from the workspace. There could be a few different reasons why this error is occurring, but one possibility is that the data cache size limit has been reached.

To resolve this issue, you can try increasing the allowed cache size for your data sources. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. In the Power BI service, go to the "Settings" menu and select "Admin portal".
  2. In the Admin portal, go to the "Data gateway" section.
  3. Under "Data sources", click the name of the data source that you are having issues with.
  4. In the "Edit data source" page, click the "Advanced" tab.
  5. Under "Cache size", enter a larger value for the "Allowed cache entry size (MB)" setting.
  6. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

After increasing the allowed cache size, you should be able to refresh your dashboard from the workspace without encountering this error.
