Unable to refresh Mark Logic tables at service level

Hi Team,

I am unable to refresh the Mark Logic  related tables using ODBC connection at service level but the same report i am able to refresh in Power BI desktop. I have verified the Mark Logic ODBC connection is online and it is working. Please let me know if any one having ideat above below error. 

"ODBC: ERROR [08001] ERROR: SQL-CONNEXHAUSTED: No ODBC app server threads available\nERROR: SQL-CONNEXHAUSTED: No ODBC app server threads available"

You mentioned that "I have verified the Mark Logic ODBC connection is online and it is working." , so the meaning is the data source in Mangae gateways can work normally , right ? If the data source is connection successfully , have you checked the dataset settings ? 

Normally, if your gateway is online, the data source connection is successful, and your dataset matches the corresponding data source, then there is no problem to refresh . So you need to judge the issue through the above three aspects .

Dataset settings are fine, same error I am getting in desktop also but after disabling the parallel loading I am not getting that error in desktop. That's reason is there a way to disable the parallel loading option at service level or do u think  any restriction at MarkLogic level ?
