Unable to publish to workspace due to new pop box.

When I usually click on the publish button, I get this pop up box, I am able to select the workspace and then click publish.

Now I am getting these type of pop up box, there is no clickable button at all, not even to close the pop up box. I can't publish at all. 

any help would be great.

Your Power BI Admin has applied custome message for publish operation
