Hi,
I am working with a client and they have assigned pro license to me initially. With Pro i read it is unable to publish the pbix file which has size more than 1 gb. And then we asked them for premium per user license. They enabled ppu license for my account but i am still unable to publish the file. Any reasons why? Do i have to ask them to make any further changes in the configurations? Please help. Thanks in advance.
Also i don't have access to create new workspaces.

To be able to use the larger Dataset PPU gives you, up to 100gb, you need to publish your Report to a PPU workspace. It sounds like you are still trying to publish the file to a Pro workspace, that has the 1gb limit. Your client will need to create a PPU Workspace and give you access to publish into it (Member or Contributor), then you can go over the 1gb limit.

Thanks for the reply. For creating ppu workspace, should i ask for the rights to create workspaces (because i have the license) or can a power bi admin from the client side create it?
Generally admin will assign the capacity / PPU license to the workspace, but again its based on your org policy.
