Unable to print (to pdf) power slicer custom visual during export

Hello Community,

 

I am using Power slicer (microsoft certified visual) in my report and would like to export the graphs with the selections to pdf but I am getting the below error on the power slicer visual in the exported pdf.

Please can you help me understand what I am missing here and how to export to pdf with the power slicer visual in it.

Hi , @AnthonyJoseph 

If convenient, would you like to kindly check and tell what's the specific kind of custom visual called "Power Slicer" that you tried to add in your report page and export to PDF?


Because based on my test and research, there are 3 kinds of custom visuals called "Power Slicer" but none of them are certified by Microsoft:

And based on the official document limitation mentioned, the non-certified custom visuals will not be supported to be exported to PDF with the correct format, so you may kindly check it and make sure if you have met the limitation as mentioned in this official document:
