Unable to pin entire graph from Excel workbook to my Power BI dashboard

I have uploaded an Excel workbook to my Power BI workspace and when I select the range of cells to pin to my dashboard from a tab in the workbook, the entire range I selected is not being pinned.  Only part of it is being pinned.  Are there size limitations?

Thanks so much,

Peggy H

Hi @peggyh ,

So far, to my knowledge, there is no size limitations for dashboard tiles.

But there are some considerrations for pin a tile to dashboard from excel, Power BI uses Excel Services to retrieve the workbook tiles. Therefore, since some features from Excel aren't supported in Excel Services REST API, they aren't seen on tiles in Power BI, for example: Sparklines, icon set conditional formatting, and time slicers. For a full list of unsupported features, see Unsupported Features in Excel Services REST API.

Thank you for your response! I am new at Power BI and after reading the article you recommended I have learned that what I am trying to do will simply not work.  I appreciate it!
